A simple and Delicious: Papaya Pulp, Rice Flakes (Aval) Kesari: A Symphony of Flavours

 

Ingredients:

  • Papaya pulp – 200ml
  • Aval (also called Rice Flakes, Beaten Rice and Flattened Rice) – 100gm
  • Sugar – 100gm
  • Cardamom Powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Green camphor – Little Quantity (one pepper size)
  • Almond – 10 no’s
  • Cashew nuts – 10 no’s
  • Resin – 10 no’s
  • Ghee – 50gm    
AVAL (RICE FLAKES)
PAPAYA FRUIT


Procedure:

  • Take a large pan and add 2 teaspoon ghee over medium heat.
  • After add Aval (also called Rice Flakes, Beaten Rice and Flattened Rice), fry the Aval well.
  • In the same pan add 2 teaspoon ghee then add almond, cashew nut and resin. Fry until turn into golden color. 
  • Then grind the fried Aval but don’t make it powder form. Make it granule form like suji or Semolina form.
  • Then take a pot, and add papaya pulp, water, sugar and grinded suji or Semolina.
  • Then mix well, after add ghee then close the pan in over medium heat.
  • After 10 minutes, mix it well again then add fried Almond, Cashew nuts and resins then mix well
  • Now Papaya Aval (also called Rice Flakes, Beaten Rice and Flattened Rice) Kesari ready.

Garnish:

  • Garnish with saffron with hot condition
