Next, place the cauliflower in a bowl and set it aside. Now prepare the sauce: mixing 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of parsley, and some oregano in a bowl. Beat the eggs and spices until well combined. Then add 250 grams of natural yogurt and 150 grams of grated mozzarella cheese. stirring to mix everything together.
