If you don-t like Cauliflower then this will change your mind🍲 (super recipes)
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower - 1 (medium size)
- Eggs - 3 no's
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - as per taste
- Oregano - Little bit
- Natural Yogurt - 250gm
- Mozzarella Cheese - 150gm
- Red bell pepper - 1 no
- Parmesan Cheese - 50 to 70gm (as per taste)
Procedure:
- First, cook the cauliflower for 6 minutes.
- After cooking, drain the water and let the cauliflower cool on a cutting board.
- Cut it into pieces.
- Discard the underside of the cauliflower and shape it into your desired size.
- Next, place the cauliflower in a bowl and set it aside.
Now prepare the sauce:
- mixing 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of parsley, and some oregano in a bowl.
- Beat the eggs and spices until well combined.
- Then add 250 grams of natural yogurt and 150 grams of grated mozzarella cheese.
- stirring to mix everything together.
- Finish by adding half a chopped red bell pepper and mixing again.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower, making sure it's spread evenly.
- Top it off with grated parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
- Bake at 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
- Once done, cut the cauliflower pie into sections.
